What forms of payments do you accept?
Major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers cheque or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full at the time of purchase.
For on-line purchase, we accept MasterCard and Visa.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
If you are not satisfied with our products, we will work with you to solve any issues you may have. In general, technical suport will solve these issues. If, for some reason, we can not solve the issue, you can simply return the product within 30 days and get a refund.
SHIPPING
Do you ship domestic and/or internationally?
Yes, we ship to domestic and international locations. Customers will be charged for shipping fee. For international order, please contact support@emerther.com. Custom duty and tax may apply depending on the locations.
How long does shipping take?
For domestic shipping within US, it usually takes 2 days to one week. For international shipping, it usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Will I be charged for taxes?
A 6.625% tax (New jersey standard sales tax rate) will be applied to domestic purchases.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products, we will work with you to solve any issues you may have. In general, technical suport will solve these issues. If, for some reason, we can not solve the issue, you can simply return the product within 30 days and get a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do you refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
